Gravity Skills Weekend
Yukon, BC
June 12 to 14, 2015

Cost: $350 thx to the CMBC

Riders: Beginner to Highly Advanced
Type: Gravity Assist / 'Enduro' type skills

The Yukon Contagious Mountain Bike Club is hosting the second annual mountain bike skill enhancing weekend with lbbikes.  Together we're building on the momentum created last year to bring even more to an already amazing weekend.

From our Friday night welcome BBQ - including suspension and handlebar set up, discussions on bar width, foot placement, etc - to our two full days of progression and learning on the amazing trail infrastructure in Whitehorse and Carcross.

Race Face Rider and former Yukon local, Dylan Sherrard is coming up to coach with Kate and I.  For those who don't know Dylan, he's an amazing character, a kick ass rider and a really, really good skills coach.  (He coached at the Coed lbbikes Ranch Camp in Kamloops and I was impressed.) The Yukon crew is going to be STOKED too !

I love riding under the long days and golden glow of the Yukon sun, genuinely LOVE the trails and excited to be heading back.

As per the CMBC Website

Build your confidence and have tons of fun while honing such skills as cornering, manuals, drops and steep descents.

Friday evening we will have a meet and greet, and get our bikes set up at Cadence Cycle.

For the weekend, we will enjoy one day of riding and skills development in Whitehorse, and one day shuttling in Carcross! On Sunday evening, we have the option of hanging out on the shores of Lake Bennett, enjoying a beverage, and recapping our awesome weekend. Here are the nitty gritty details:
